Return Policy

Wanna make a return?  No probs! Here's how:

 30 Days Return / Exchange

When you get your gear, you have 30 days  for a refund or an exchange.

If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it!

Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the goods is faulty.

If you received a faulty goods or the wrong item, please email us at so we can make it right!

 
What is your returns policy?

There are only 2 rules: your return needs to be received by us within 30 days of you receiving your goods, and your goods needs to be unwashed and unworn (tried on is totes cool!). Unfortunately we can't accept returns for any items that show signs of being worn around :(

 
What return options can I choose from?

You can select either a refund for the cost of the item, or a 110% store credit.

 
110% store credit?

Aw yeah. If you choose a store credit for your return, we'll send you a voucher for 100% of cost of your item AND an extra 10% use on your next order.
 

What if you guys sent me a faulty item?

Uhoh, we're super sorry! We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your goods – from up close, from far away, after rocking it all day.

If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please email  and we'll do everything we can to put a smile back on your dial.

Order Cancellation

-Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. We process all orders as quickly as possible within 24 hours after orders placing, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Hope you can understand in this key point. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy. And all cancellation will be charged some commission by the bank.
